VINEYARD These Petite Sirah grapes are grown on the northern border of the Lodi Appellation where the cool evening San Francisco Delta breezes and warm sunny days produce the ultimate growing conditions. WINEMAKING All of the grapes were estate-grown, harvested at 25.6 Brix, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation was 24hr cold soak, Pasture Red on primary and Vinoflora Oenos on secondary, limited hand pump-overs, pressed at seven days.
